ELPA Award… • ELPA Excellence Awards honor 10 local education providers and 10 charter schools that achieve the highest English language and academic growth among English learners in an English Language Proficiency Program and that achieve the highest academic achievement for English learners who transition out of an English Language Proficiency Program. • Dollars associated with the award will be used to provide professional development.
