Self-assessment questionnaire is not considered
the way forward due to:
• New sensitive subject and confidentiality
issues resulting in low response rate
• Cost and future costs associated with
evaluation development and assessment

• Merging “People stream” working groups to
work both on Skills and Competences and
Human Factors,
• Propose a way forward / new deliverable on HF
subject to be presented in Orlando
New participants are welcome

• Evaluate the 145 Human Factors
implementation and capture the lessons learnt
• Analyse Production activities in order to propose
Human Factors deployment in the supply chain
• The content of this analysis could be the basis
for a revised initiative
