Among the most critical elements of a team is:
A. That all team members are employed in the same
unit, office or division.
B. A strong leader who will keep the team on track, at

as to what the purpose of the team is.

Teams work most effectively when they:
A. Work without an agenda, and "go with the flow,"
diverging from topic to topic.

rules.

accomplish goals.



Conflict: Conflict is dealt with openly and is
considered important to decision-making and
