
Every member gets a card!

Anyone can join

Keep membership list

Report Membership progress enthusiastically

Only one level of membership

Donations are kept separate from dues
COLLECT MEMBERSHIP DUES
Collect all envelopes
 Use proper financial procedures

Two (2) PTA leaders count money together
 Deposit funds immediately
 Membership Chair and Treasurer work closely to
track numbers


Forward funds at least monthly
Does not require member approval; funds not
belonging to unit/council
 Use Remittance Form with check to C/D; keep copy

CAMPAIGN CHALLENGES…

A nominated officer to next school level, must be
member 30 days prior to election meeting.
Buy a membership when nominated
 Must buy new membership card after October 31


