• Uso:
 Como verbo auxiliar para formar
estructuras de presente continuo, pasado
continuo, etc.
 Como verbo principal con significado
pleno (ser o estar).

El verbo “To Have Got”
• Uso:
Como verbo auxiliar en la formación de
tiempos compuestos como el present
perfect o past perfect. Cuando actúa como
verbo auxiliar solo utiliza “have”.
Ej: I have been to London. (pierde “got”)
Como verbo con significado pleno, “tener”.

• Uso:
Puede funcionar como auxiliar. Se utiliza
para expresar negación, para hacer

caso, significará “hacer”.
