TransACT is an online subscription service that provides legally required parent notices in multiple languages to help our district comply with complex federal parent communication mandates. TransACT is accessible by registering for access and logging into the TransACT website with your district email address. © 2009 TransACT Communications, Inc. TransACT and our District TransACT was purchased by our district to enhance the communications we already send home to parents and to save our district on costs spent towards legal review and translations – all campuses have free access Access includes more than 100 notices, forms and educational resources available for download All forms will reflect our district name Our subscription does not have a limit on the number of users we can register © 2009 TransACT Communications, Inc. Step 1: Register for Access Instructions Go To www.transact.com/register Enter our district’s registration code (right side) Enter all information on web form and click Register *If registration cards are not available, go to www.transact.com and click the “Register” button at the top of the screen © 2009 TransACT Communications, Inc. Step 2: Login to Your Account New Users Click on the link titled “You are not yet logged into the TransACT site. Please click here to login to TransACT now.” Enter your username and password Username = district assigned email address Password = what you just created upon registration Click “Login” Existing Users go to www.transact.com and click on “Login” (upper right) Follow instructions from second bullet above © 2009 TransACT Communications, Inc.
