 This guide is not function, contract or site specific. It is designed to:
- Guide you through the critical steps of the New Employee Orientation
(NEO) and on-boarding process
- Provide you with information and tools related to the NEO and onboarding of your new employee
- Help you understand how your role can impact and improve the new
employee experience
 Additional resources related to the NEO can be found on the Staffing
Resource Center, the NEO Website or through your HR Generalist.

Create a formal on-boarding plan to help acclimate your new employee to Honeywell

on-boarding process.

• Ensure the I-9 process is completed by the employee and
