Europeans learned a new way of life.
Got to trade with the Indians beaver fur.
Indians got diseases.
Also learned a new religion.
Both cultures changed a lot.
European Settling




French got well with the tribes.
Traded beaver fur while they were settling on
the land.
English created conflict with the Penobscot.
Attack them trying to own the land.
