certifications of operators in Warsaw.
Step 3. Newly trained Thai trainee A is
playing the trainer role under Thai Master
Trainer coaching. (playng the LOFT
reporter then posting on different pages).
Step 2.Coach flies to Thailand
to coach the local Master
trainer about some golden
and platinum sequences
"Time -to Transmit " i.e
scope, pedagogy mix, and
time details.(a.k.a script)
Step 5. Coach and
Trainer are certified in
Poland thanks to
success of their
trainees either in
Poland and Thailand.
Step 4. Newly trained Polish
trainer A is coaching polish
trainee ramp-up on gold level
jobs.
Step 6. Expert , coach,
quality manager, coach and
master trainer are
delivering gold level
certification in Thailand
after the full path.
Step 7 and beyond…. : from now on any new

1.An e-learning module (award winner),
originally designed for self-training and
widely used in the US is shared and recycled
in an interactive live game for in-class
discovery game in Thailand, China or Mexico.
Trainee A is guessing and
writing live on the screen
the answer, showing to
the trainer she has
understood (more
accurate than any quizz!)
Trainee B is experimenting
the optical effect
described as the very same
experience on the
screen….live proof of the
magic of optics!
2.The difficult knowledge points
(as frequently perceived by new
comer trainees within the elearning context) is being
discovered and demonstrated
physically in the real world, live,
by the trainee (guess and try), led
by the trainer (questioning).

understand the process steps
are designed, shared,
translated and retrieved by
community members
(contributors and trainers) on
